Design & Engineering
CNC machined stainless steel burrs slice beans cleanly to produce uniform particle sizes and minimal fines for balanced, smooth extraction.
Twin stainless steel bearings lock the central axle to eliminate wobble and burr rub, ensuring smooth cranking and consistent grind performance.
Machined from solid aluminum alloy with a diamond-knurled texture for a secure, non-slip grip and balanced feel during daily grinding.
A dense silicone base pad grips countertops firmly to prevent slipping, dampens vibration, and protects surfaces from scratches during brewing.
How to use
Add up to 25g of whole beans. Keep the lid on to avoid spills as you grind.
Turn the internal dial to your brew method. Clicks make it easy to return to a favourite.
Hold the body, turn the crank at a steady pace. Most doses take under a minute.
Tip the grounds into your brewer and enjoy. Wipe down and you're ready for next time.
Care & cleaning
Twist off the top, lift out the burr, and brush away old grounds with a dry brush. Keeps flavours clean and the grind consistent.
Never wash the burrs or run them under water. Moisture dulls steel and can cause clumping. A dry brush is all they need.
Clean the aluminium body and walnut crank with a slightly damp cloth, then dry. Avoid harsh detergents on the wood.
Fully disassemble, brush every part, and check the burr is seated correctly before reassembling. Return your dial to its usual setting afterwards.
FAQ
Yes. The stepped dial reaches a true espresso-fine grind at the low end of the range.
A full 25g dose typically takes under a minute at a steady pace. Finer grinds take a little longer than coarse.
Brush the burrs dry, never wash them. Wipe the body and walnut crank with a damp cloth and dry. A full guide is in the Care section above.
Manual grinding produces a soft sound as the beans move through the burrs. At very fine settings, you may also hear a slight sound when turning the grinder empty. This is normal and does not affect grinding performance.
