Pour Over
Clean, bright, and aromatic - the classic filter method that highlights a coffee's character.

Step by step
How to brew
Rinse & add coffee
Rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove papery taste and preheat the dripper. Discard the water, then add your medium-ground coffee and level the bed.

Bloom
Start your timer and pour just enough water to wet all the grounds - about twice the coffee weight. Wait 30-45 seconds as the coffee blooms and releases gas.

Pour in stages
Pour in slow, steady spirals from the center outward, keeping the water level steady. Aim to finish all pours by around 2 minutes for even extraction.

Draw down & serve
Let the bed draw down until it looks flat and damp. Total brew time around 3 minutes. Swirl, then serve immediately while aromatic.
